4/5 Very good! The outside looks very nice, especially the common area(s). I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, you can tell that the owners / managers care about their facilities! The TV is small, but has sharp pictures (HD channels). The bed was surprisingly comfortable, I had no problem sleeping on it. Overall, I enjoyed my stay :)A note for travellers: Chase, BC is in very close proximity to the CPR, so be aware that multiple trains can run by the town at any time (24/7). If you wear earplugs and close the windows, you shouldn't notice it much.

Clean room, friendly staff, excellent location.
Beautiful view, clean rooms, and quiet. Located next to the train tracks, but you can't hear them at all inside. There are some gorgeous trees there and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!!
